HERBA MONSTRUM
We pay special attention to the food we offer in our restaurant, using selected raw materials, mainly from local sources.
The bread we use has been specially designed for our burgers and is produced by our trusted baker with durum wheat and buckwheat flour, wheat germ and olive oil.
We use selected minced beef, fresh daily.
We make a vegan dough for the vegan and vegetarian options on our menu.
Many of the sauces you find in the burgers are made in our kitchen.

You won't find these items on the menu in our brewery because with so much effort and obsessive attention we keep the quality of our beers high in all their aspects and we cannot accept that the work of creation and production is wasted.
We have low-alcohol beers, sweet like the Serrada, fruity like the Berries or bitter and citrusy like the Zulù IPA which can be a valid alternative.
If you really feel the need to mix one of our beers with soft drinks, we ask you to order the soft drink you have chosen to contaminate the taste of our creations with separately and to do it independently.
Historically, Radler was born from the need of a German brewery to quench the thirst of dozens of cyclists with the little beer it had available. At that point the manager, to satisfy everyone, decided to dilute it with lemonade. But here at Herba Monstrum the beer never runs out and we don't have such a need.
