This is a top-fermented beer, copper-colored with an ivory-colored head. On the nose, it features a bold and irreverent aroma of spices, which also gives way to floral and ripe fruit notes, thanks to a deliberately accentuated spiciness.

Brewed with spices, petals, and dried fruit, it has a full body that’s easy to drink. The sweet attack almost immediately gives way to a herbaceous bitterness that leaves the mouth feeling fresh, with a slightly balsamic effect.
