A beer characterized by a Single Hop, SIMCOE hops from the Yakima Valley. Used in repeated infusions, from the start of the boil to the whirlpool and again in dry hopping: a true protagonist.

Almost orange in color and with a compact and persistent head, it presents an intense aroma of resins and tropical fruit, with a good body and a decisive but not too persistent bitterness.

With its 7.7% ABV dangerously hidden by an intense Simcoe aroma, it is as powerful as a herd of bison and brings you closer to the sky, inspiring mystical visions: a great Spirit.

Serving temperature: 8°

Pairings: salads, carpaccio, fried foods, sautéed vegetables, fruit desserts.

Serve in a glass, paying particular attention to the foam.
